HOW SHARE ACQUISITION AND APARTMENT ALLOCATION WORK

Information about the Vida Nova Cooperative project
The Vida Nova | Aprígio Cooperative project consists of the sale of SHARES or ready-to-occupy units with keys in hand.
*1)* Currently, we have several residential towers under construction, and each complex is called a GROUP. We have GROUPS 12/14/16, which are 2-bedroom units along the BR highway toward Taboão, at the border. We have GROUPS 13/15/17, which are 3-bedroom units, also along the BR highway. And we have GROUP 11, which consists of 3-bedroom units in the central area of Embu das Artes.
*2)* In addition, we have the SHARE, which is the individual number each client holds. This SHARE number identifies your purchase.
*3)* Every 2 years, one tower is released in each of these GROUPS. Currently, Tower A (the first tower) has been released in each Group.
*4)* Apartment release takes place in two ways, with half of the apartments allocated by DRAW and half by BID.
*5)* The DRAW model is purely based on luck. In other words, when the next tower is released, for example, if your SHARE number is called, you choose a unit in Tower B. If not, you must wait for the next tower release.
*6)* The BID model is highly standardized and equal for all cooperative clients. The bid corresponds to 30x the amount of the installment currently being paid. The key factor is your SHARE number: for example, if 100 apartment units are reserved for bidding and there are more than 100 interested parties submitting bids, the selection criterion is the number of your SHARE. In other words, the lower your SHARE number, the greater your chance of being selected to receive the keys under the BID model.

The apartments are very well built and offer remarkable usable space. 2-bedroom floor plans (starting at 81 m²) and 3-bedroom floor plans (125 m²). There are also options with a pantry or a maid's room with bathroom.
